FAQ
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A SESSION?
To secure a date, you must pay a non-refundable retainer and sign a contract. The retainer amount is deducted from the session fee. Retainer fee is $50 for outdoor sessions and $65 for studio sessions.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
One day before your session, you will receive an email with a link to pay your remaining balance. You make make additional payments upon request.
WHAT TYPE OF IMAGES ARE INCLUDED?
You have the option to download high resolution and web sized images. I do not provide RAW or unedited digital files as the editing process is a huge part of your investment and I would hate to deliver an unfinished product.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY?
Online galleries can be expected within 14 business days. I do not edit on weekends since this is when most sessions take place.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY GALLERY?
Galleries stay online for 60 days. After this, you will no longer be able to access your gallery so it is important to make your selections promptly. A $50 fee applies if you need to regain access after the expiration date.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE PRINTS FROM THE GALLERY?
Nope! I never require purchases after a session. However, I do recommend printing from your gallery as I have partnered with a professionally printing lab that can guarantee the best quality images.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Absolutely! I love traveling to new areas. A small travel fee applies after 20 miles from the Village of Tuscarawas. NO travel fee applies to studio sessions.
