FAQ
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A SESSION?
To secure a date, you must pay a $50 nonrefundable retainer and sign a contract. The retainer amount is deducted from the session fee.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?
One day before your session, you will receive an email with a link to pay your remaining balance.
WHAT TYPE OF IMAGES ARE INCLUDED?
You have the option to download high resolution and web sized images. I do not provide RAW or unedited digital files as the editing process is a huge part of your investment and I would hate to deliver an unfinished product.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY?
Online galleries can be expected within 14 business days for portraits and 3-4 weeks for weddings.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY GALLERY?
Galleries stay online for 60 days. After this, you will no longer be able to access your gallery so it is important to make your selections promptly. A $50 fee applies if you need to regain access after the expiration date.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE PRINTS FROM THE GALLERY?
Nope! I never require purchases after a session. However, I do recommend printing from your gallery as I have partnered with a professionally printing lab that can guarantee the best quality images. A print release can be purchased if you wish to print outside of your gallery.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Absolutely! I love traveling to new areas. A small travel fee applies after 20 miles from the Village of Tuscarawas.
